About
I started in HR, where I spent a lot of time watching capable people do work that a system should have been doing for them.
That pushed me into analytics, first to understand what was happening and then to change it.. Now I build AI systems and automations that take the repetitive part out of people's days - agents that answer the same question a hundred times so nobody else has to.
The throughline has always been making work less tedious for the people doing it.
